“Call on me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things you do not know” Jeremiah 33:3
My Mom always said to “Just ask the Lord! He’ll tell you the answer!” She would misplace her keys or her purse and she would stand still and ask the Lord “Jesus, where are my keys and purse?” And within seconds she would go straight for them. Granted the question my Mom asked didn’t demand a great and mighty answer, but none the less, Jesus gave her an answer.
That always amazed me, until I tried it too. Sometimes I just ask Jesus to reveal himself to me and low and behold, I’ll be walking my ..read more

“No weapon that is formed against you will prosper; and every tongue that accuses you in judgment you will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their vindication is from Me,” declares the Lord.” Is. 54:17

Jesus, sometimes I can almost sense the heaviness of pressure mounting and the ominous presence of darkness around me. I recognize my enemy is at work again. Whether he’s trying to discourage me to get sidetracked, to fall into temptation, to give up, or to take my eyes off you, he’s always hanging around.

Here’s a prayer to help you pull the weeds in your loved one’s garden.
Dear Lord,
I come to you, travailing in prayer, on behalf of __________. Your Word says, “But the Son of God came to destroy the works of the devil” (1 John 3:8). Because you came to destroy the works of the devil, I stand with you to destroy these works in my loved one’s life. I name each weed (name sins and addictions here) and ask that it be ripped by the root from my loved one’s life, in the power and authority of the name of Jesus. I tell these sins and addictions as ..read more
