I’m going to finish up by talking about all the things I learned on this adventure: my top tips, lessons and takeaways. (If you need to catch up on previous installments, head here: Part 1; Part 2; Part 3.) 1.     We figured, since we’d already travelled to the other side of the world, we may as well sneak in another place we’d always wanted to go. For us, that was Santorini. (If you haven’t read them yet, catch up on Part 1 and Part 2 of our adventure.) Starting points: Santorini, Greece, is an island in the southern Aegean Sea, about 200km southeast from the Greek mainland. It is the largest island of a small circular archipelago. It goes way beyond food. The mum puts herself last. She wants the best for the ones she loves, but forgets to factor herself ..read more
