Barcelona are close to reaching an agreement with Sevilla to sign their France Centre-back Jules Kounde. According to our information, Barcelona will pay Sevilla 50 million euros in 2 payments plus 10 million bonuses for Kounde. The first payment is expected to be the largest part of the money.
