Everyone gathered for drinks and nibbles after the service to wish Kathy well in her retirement. Today is International Women’s Day and we are celebrating the wonderful women in our London Hosting Project! More than 70% of our hosted guests are women and each of them has an incredible story to tell. They are university graduates, poets, seamstresses, musicians, volunteers and bookkeepers, and they hail from all four corners of the world. These talented women had been sleeping on buses, at night shelters, sofa-surfing, and on the streets before joining the Housing Justice Hosting Project.
