The brake master cylinder is the first component in a vehicle’s braking system, activated by depressing the brake pedal
When it’s bad and needs changing, you notice these;
1) Illumination of the brake warning on your dashboard. When the brake fluid level is low, it can also trigger the brake master warning light. So bad BMC is not the only reason your warning light is on.
