Biotiful kefir baked milk known as riazhenka. It reminded me clotted cream which is also processed at high temps but tasted very different. Came across Bar Harbor Clam products because they had a booth at IFE which really got my attention as I love clams.  I was so lucky get my hands on their products to try especially the Clam juice and the Clam Chowder which you can't get more American than a can from America!! The guy at the booth was really friendly and told me about different chowders. You get different Clam Chowders in every region like Manhattan chowder which uses tomato, Rhode Island chowder which has red potatoes and there is also Key West Chowder. This is probably my first time having Italian crisps because I rarely see them at the shops. The reason I got this was the pink pepper. It was a nice pairing of lime and pink pepper, the crisps look just like the pictures with pink specks. The crisps had a nice texture and thickness and they were not too hard or soft. Gecchele is an Italian brand that is everywhere! You will find cakes, pastries etc under this brand but somehow I just don't get captivated but they had two cakes that got my attention because of the packaging and the way they were similar to traybakes but in a cake form. There was a vanilla cake with sprinkles and there was a chocolate cake with smarties so I got the vanilla cake. I was at Iceland again to see if there were any new finds and spotted these £1 Mealtime favourites. The choices were impressive from ready meals to pies and burgers. What's not to love. In the end, I got the toad in the hole and fish pie for lunch. The toad in the hole was amazing especially the sausages which were not bad as it didn't have bones or chewy bits. Adding bisto gravy took it to another level.
