Thought I’d start the thread specifically to post pictures and design comment for the Dodici Cylindri Spider since I know that is what we will choose and the design is quite changed from the coupe.
Overall it’s fair to say that 24 hours after the reveal, opinion is mixed. However, I feel it will settle down and opinion will warm towards the car, especially when we see different spec ideas and eventually photographs of press and then customer cars. So this is perhaps a good place to post...

My 599 reports misfires on cyl 10 when I come to a stop. Most of the time the Check Engine Light goes out when I start moving again. The engine runs fine with no hint of actual misfires.
I can drive on the Interstate for hours with no issues.
Replaced the injector: no change
Any ideas?

My a/c system on my 575M has not been working properly. I had it re-gassed but even then it initially blew cold for 1-2 minutes and then just blew hot air. Prior to re-gassing there was 530g of refrigerant in the system, which, according to the Workshop Manual, has a capacity of 760g. Therefore, if everything else was ok, the a/c should have still worked to a reasonable extent. It did not work, so something else was wrong.

28,571 miles, starts right up and goes. A/C even blows cold and little things like the mirror adjust and antenna work! If you'd like a short story that sums up the condition, I drove it 4 hours each way to Dallas and back recently at night with wipers, lights, and heater on, and pulled happily into my garage at the end with no problems. If you're familiar with old Maseratis you'll know what a "triumph" that is.

My Ghibli SS (probably the same on all single disc clutch Ghibli's) has the normal adjust rod at the slave cylinder to set clutch free play. However, there is also a second threaded rod below the normal pushrod from the slave. It is there to limit the total slave cylinder travel so the pressure plate cannot be "overstroked". Does anyone (Ivan?) have the factory specs for the setting distance of this rod. It is designed to hit the bellhousing to limit the length of the slave stroke ..read more

Hagerty no longer writes track insurance for Ferraris. They connected me to Lockton that has a cap of $150k. How do I get track insurance , looking for help and pointers? I’m not even going for a race. This is for the track days at Ferrari Nationals. The car is a GTC4Lusso with a value of $260k. I’m sure that’s at the lower end of modern Ferraris.
