Since the news about Haas dropping Schumacher almost two years ago, not a week goes by that someone doesn't question that decision calling for a seat to be made available for Mick. Latest one was his uncle, but usually it's some random IG post, comment under an article or even some obscure article here and there.
With introduction of F1 to general audiences who would normally not care about the sport at all, you allow the sport to be viewed as a soap opera rather than the...

Like buses before privatisation, we have no Grands Prix for a month and then two come along almost immediately. This time we are off to the "Temple of Speed", or the Autodromo Nazionale Monza, as it is officially called. If you only ever visit one live motor race in your life, go to Monza. The organisation, as you would expect from Italy, is an utter shambles. There are not enough toilets, buying food requires a PhD in finance, getting in to and out of the circuit takes literally hours...

20 year F1 fan (thank you and keep fighting Michael), here to dish out my thoughts on everything Formula 1. There will be some basic opinions, there will be some controversial opinions but I think everyone will have a good time.
Anyway, what better time to break my writing shyness than three days after Norris destroys the Red Bull by 22 seconds.
Here's to an interesting second half of the season, talk to you during Monza weekend.

After a hectic 5 races in 6 weeks, we Finish the 1st half of the season at 1 of the great wonders of the F1 world: Spa Francorchamps. Liberty Media has done a good job, as we are in the Currently of 1 of the most unexpected classic seasons. However, the uncertainty of Spa's place beyond 2025 is a travesty. The mere consideration of removing Spa indicates that Liberty Media has much to learn. i Understand their profit-driven motives, but they also must understand it's essential to protect the...

Hi. Not sure if I'm on the right thread to say hello as a new member but here I am!
A bit about me, i'm a Brit, followed the sport from when I was a kid in the late sixties. I'm lucky enough to remember Graham Hill, Jackie Stewart, Jim, Jochen Rindt etc and unlucky enough to remember the carnage years. I'm fortunate enough to go to races across Europe - this year I'm doing Spa (second time) and Silverstone (about the twentieth) I'm not a "fan" of any one team but I must admit I'd love to...

This weekend see the start of a "triple header" of F1 races, starting at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya, in Spain, then on to the Red Bull Ring, for the Austrian Grand Prix on 30th June, and ending at Silverstone, for the British Grand Prix, on the 7th July. This will test the stamina of the team personnel, especially if we have a repeat of the start to the Austrian GP in 1987, where it took the grid three goes to make it past the first corner.
The third restart was...

I flicked onto this last night and was blown away by the size of ambition and spectacle of this proposed track for future Saudi Arabian sporting events which will host F1, Formula E and Moto GP especially if it will change how future F1 races will look and feel. It feels like something you would only see in a computer game ..read more
