Protein is one of the 3 main macronutrients: Protein, Carbohydrates and Fat. It seems that every couple of years, the media likes to attack one of the three of these and say it’s “bad” for us. What more perfect place to escape to during quarantine and this shitty year of 2020, but to the remote area of southern Vermont?
