Baked oatmeal is a current trend and for good reason. It packs all the nutritional punch of oatmeal, but can be made ahead, freezes and travels well, and is so versatile. This recipe gets all its sweetness from very ripe bananas though the addition of a little sweetener or some chocolate chips is tasty as well. Temperatures are starting to warm up. Spring is on its way! Brazilian limonada is a delicious and refreshing drink to cool down on a warm day. The word for lime in Portuguese is limão, so in Portuguese the drink is called limonada, which translates to lemonade despite being made with limes.
