A little over a month ago, we noticed a $10 million price drop for a penthouse condo at One Ala Moana. Can you believe that the median sales price for a home on Oahu was up 8.9% from a year ago? This is David Buck with Harcourts Island Real Estate, here to report on the home and condo stats on the island of Oahu for February of 2024.  Home Stats First off, we're going to dive into the home sales and there we saw a 3.5% increase in transactions from February of '23. I can't believe we're already in February. This is David Buck with Harcourts Island Real Estate and I'm here to report on the market stats for January of 2024 here on Oahu. Oahu Home Stats First off, we're going to dive into the single family homes and there the biggest stat that stood out at me was sales for single family homes (year over year) were up 22.7%.
