Happy to be in the throes of spring with summer activities commencing this month. In June, it’s time to relax and enjoy the outdoors swimming in lakes, biking and exploring new hiking terrains. You can also try something new like Qigong in the Park for the month of June? Farmer’s markets are opening up throughout the city and in communities around the province with fruits and vegetables of the season. On Thursdays, we practice Somatic movement to release stress from the body and improve posture, alignment and functionality (from injury, stress or overuse). You can read more about somatic movement here

Depending where you live, has the weather been unusual this winter? Will the month of April be an early spring with new blooms springing up all around us? I sure hope so!!!
Spring isa perfect time to think about planting new seeds for the rest of the year especially when it comes time for self-care (not often top priority). We’re coming to the end of 2023!
Have you reached all your goals for the year or are you already filling out your list for 2024?
