Anyone out there willing to help me establish that I was in a long term relationship by Dec 2020, even though I am marrying her now?
I don't have any joint bank account, child or joint business venture to prove that, so all that I could think of is a joint tenancy agreement of non EEA county. Would that be sufficient/acceptable? or there is something else I should try to arrange/provide that will work?

Q2:
To obtain a COE or a British passport person has to be British first, i.e. after MN1 application
COE is normally faster (but requires a foreign passport) than a British passport.
Q2:
Children don't attend a ceremony (it would be meaningless as they cannot swear the oath to the King).

Q1. No such requirments. A uk born child has an entitlement to register as british regardless of where they are located. children do not have a residence requirment
Q2. He is eligible. Does not need to be in the uk.
Thank you, CR001.
I have a few more queries as I am going through the Form MN1 guidance.
Q1: As my son is currently living in China, the UKVI says we need to post all the supporting documents (including his passport) to their office in Liverpool, is it possible to submit/send the documents electronically? I've queried the UKVI regarding this, but it might take up to 20 working ..read more

also add as much information you can to show about your pervious relationship has been ended if your pervious patner was in UK or not etc
Thanks for the informarion , but I don't understand what else can I provide apart from divorce certificate to show that my previous relationship has ended. It ended officially (when the divorce was finalised and registered back in home country) more than 2 years ago. Since it was COVID time, my previous partner could not get a chance to visit UK, and I also stayed with her back home during that time.
Also, I think its normal for people to not keep any mem ..read more
