Thank you so much if your help. It's not repeatable.this was the only time I had any issues with the law. but it was more than one offence at the same time as the bike was considered to be a motor vehicle by the officers so they wrote other offences like riding without gear and riding in the wrong lane But the court only gave the fine and the punishment for the highest offence which is driving without insurance. Will this make the case complicated or is ok? Statistics: Posted by elsayedmu — Tue Apr 23, 2024 4:10 pm ..read more

I am not sure about this. Hopefully someone else with more experience of the process can comment, but I imagine you need to show evidence of the relationship and take steps to inform UKVI of the end of your marriage. Statistics: Posted by contorted_svy — Tue Apr 23, 2024 3:39 pm ..read more

Before 2020 (and now in EU member states, eg Ireland), you were supposed to apply for retained rights, be granted those (it's not an automatic process) and only then you could apply for permanent residence. If your relationship was broken down, you were supposed to inform the authorities and go through retained rights process. It all might be different now due to Brexit, but seeint your relationship broke down before it, it'd be goos to know if you've done anything of this sort. On what basis are you currently in the UK? Do you have pre settled status or is (physical) residence card your on ..read more

Do you have big absences in the years preceding the qualifying period? The ties to the UK must be demonstrated for you, not your family members, so evidence that you own properties yourself, your family lives here, etc will suffice.
