The Edmonton Oilers closed out their first round series with a 4-3 win over the Los Angeles Kings at Rogers Place. The Oilers' dominant power play once again was the deciding factor and guided the team to victory in a game where the team's play at 5 on 5 was less than stellar. Now, with some breathing room until a second round series vs the Nashville Predators or Vancouver Canucks on the horizon, the Oilers can take a moment and take it all in. The Edmonton Oilers got the first signature playoff performance of Stuart Skinner's career Sunday night against the Los Angeles Kings in a 1-0 Victory. The Oilers relied heavily on their young goaltender in a game where they were heavily out chanced and struggled to maintain offensive zone pressure. Ultimately, an Evan Bouchard power play goal assisted by Leon Drasaitl and Connor McDavid in the third period proved enough to be the difference.
