Taste: Orange, Grapefruit, Fresh Cream
Mouthfeel: Creamy, Subtle Fizz

The S’morror – The Brewing Projekt
Appearance: Motor Oil
Smell: Sugar Cookies
Taste: Sweet Burnt Sugar and Vanilla
Mouthfeel: Rich and Velvety
Overall: You can taste the different components of a s’more if you really focus, but it doesn’t remind me of eating an s’mores. However, it is very tasty.

“Dare Mighty Things” Wet Hopped IPA – Brewing Projekt
Appearance: Hazy and opaque, but deceptively so. It looks like you should be able to see through it but you can’t.
Smell: Orange & Apricot
Taste: Orange, Pine, and Slightly Bitter
Mouthfeel: Creamy, almost milky, and lightly carbonated
Overall: I love it! I’ve been obsessed with Dry Hopped IPAS and this is a great contrast!

Pabst Blue Ribbon has been synonymous with lagers for decades. But this year, it seems Pabst is taking a break from beer and tapping into other alcoholic delights.
In 2019 they launched a PBR branded whiskey. And now, in 2020, they’ve launched Stronger Seltzer, Hard Coffee, and Hard Tea.

Weird Pop by The Brewing Projekt – A Cream Ale with Blood Orange & Jalapeño)
Appearance: Thick Orange Juice
Smell: Orange
Taste: Thick with a strong orange flavor and a hint of heat at the end that lingers.
Mouthfeel: Thick and pulpy.
Overall: We paired it with fried chicken thigh sandwiches. It’s a weird beer, wouldn’t buy again.

Smell & Taste: Oddly enough it smells & tastes identical to Waffle Crisp Cereal (RIP – Waffle Crisp was discontinued in August 2018)
Mouthfeel: Light, Sweet and Airy
Overall: Pairs well with an episode of Guys Grocery Games.
