(WTNH) - A driver accused of causing a fuel tanker rollover that left one person dead and two others injured on the Gold Star Bridge last April turned himself in to State Police Wednesday. MYSTIC, Conn. (WTNH) -- The animal rescue team at Mystic Aquarium is celebrating after saving an entangled baby seal on Earth Day. The seal was about 4-5 months old and was stuck in a fishing net on the shores of Block Island Monday, aquarium officials said. It is funded by a $10 million grant Norwich Public Utilities received last year from the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHAMSA).
