MONTVILLE, Conn. (WTNH) — The Montville Police Department is asking the public for help in locating a street bike operator who has repeatedly driven recklessly and evaded officers.  Over the course of several weeks, a handful of residents in the area of Raymond Hill Rd. have made multiple complaints to Montville police about a motorcycle operator driving recklessly in both directions.  Police say yesterday a black street-style bike was seen at 1:45 p.m. traveling 60 miles per hour along a curve on Raymond Hill Rd. when an officer attempted to follow them. GROTON, Conn. (WTNH) - A driver accused of causing a fuel tanker rollover that left one person dead and two others injured on the Gold Star Bridge last April turned himself in to State Police Wednesday. Reginald Collins, 59, of New London, was charged with negligent homicide with a motor vehicle, operating an unregistered vehicle, illegally operating a motor vehicle with no minimum insurance, and improper highway use. The seal was about 4-5 months old and was stuck in a fishing net on the shores of Block Island Monday, aquarium officials said. It is funded by a $10 million grant Norwich Public Utilities received last year from the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHAMSA).
