Newcastle United and Southampton are set to miss out on Swansea City midfielder Matt Grimes to Championship side Fulham. According to the Daily Mail, the 26-year-old midfielder will undergo a medical at the west London club this week. The Swans made it to the play-off final last season, but lost 2-0 to Brentford at Wembley Stadium. Liverpool misfit Harry Wilson has been targeted for another loan deal by Swansea City. The Sunday People (Print Edition; page 58) claims that Steve Cooper has earmarked the Wales international. The Swans were beaten in the Play-Off Final by Brentford back in May. Cooper will hope to finally lead his men into the top-flight next season but wants some reinforcements.
