Shrewsbury Town have set their sights on signing Stoke City striker Sam Vokes this summer, Football Insider can reveal. The Wales striker has been given the green light by the Championship club to leave with a year left on his contract. Scott Parker is set to quit as Fulham manager and join Bournemouth in the next 48 hours, Football Insider understands.
