What can you do now that will effect you after the Fall? Great question. We have all thought about the Fall of civilization as we know it. Whether it's war, economy, resource depletion, EMP, or just general decline. There have been thousands of books written about it. Government studies, grants to organizations to prepare for it. Picked up two different sets of thread files for repairing damaged threads..on fasteners..bolts etc. One is a metric thread file set... The other is an SAE American thread file set... Hence now I have both arenas covered. I have in my garage both metric and SAE tap and die sets and have extensively used both in my labors...but a set of thread files also come in handy from time to time. The last couple of days I have been checking the rechargeable batteries in my electronic gear kept in a locker at work. I have picked up this rechargeable vacuum sealer for Mason Jars. Until recent I did not know that a rechargeable version was available. It will seal regular sized mason jars as well as the wide mouth jars. I do have food saver machine with the plastic bags but also have the hose and mason Jar adapters for sealing a vacuum on a mason jar..regular and also wide mouth jars but wanted to try out this gadget as well....as it is indeed a bit more portable than the food saver. here..this link...
