DINNER AT HOME Our friends took a trip to Alaska and did some fishing.  They brought back Salmon and Halibut that they actually caught themselves.  My Wife cooked this incredible dinner and made a White Wine, Shallot, Ginger, Tomato and Calibrian Chili Sauce.  Pretty much fish perfection!
