April 26. Two Cornelius artists are among the standouts in the Mooresville Arts 46th Anniversary SpringFest art show which features 70 artists more than 120 entries. Helen Langhorne won a Judge’s Choice award for her piece, Catch of the Day, while Amy Pennell-Myers won First Place for Hip Hop Rhapsody. Both artists live in Cornelius. Weisiger Sr., and matching fundraising from the Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center Foundation.
