I'm currently trying to add the Spanish version of my client's business name on their GBP's but Google is not accepting my edits. I took the following steps (see below). I have a question about a review policy. An apartment complex recently received seven reviews mentioning housekeeping. They have a cleaner clean the apartments prior to a new tenant moving in. Client has clickable business address on their Instagram profile. When on iPhone you are presented to open in Google Maps or Apple Maps. Clicking on the Apple Maps link brings the user to a bad PIN location for the address. The interesting thing is when searching for the business in the Apple Maps app it shows the correct location of the PIN. For a client, I want to remove their Google Business Profile. It was originally created under their personal name a few years ago, which is also listed in the business registry. However, there has been a Google Business Profile under their official company name for a long time now.
