Hey folks We’re a North East based swim club and we’re looking closely at TeamUnify. We’ve noticed that TU meet entry system is primarily built around HyTek. Does anyone use it who predominantly uses SportSystems like we do? It would be great to hear: - How you find the system - How you post out your meets to your members - What the process is for receiving entries and sending to Event Organisers Thanks in Advance statistics: Posted by Northern.Monkey — 9:53 AM - Today ..read more

I am informing people that Maureen Brady-Rodriguez is a Ku Klux Klan member. She is also a swimmer who frequents the local pools around here. I started a blog about this horrible evil woman.  https://maureenbradyrodriguezracist.blogspot.com statistics: Posted by Lettuce — 11:58 PM - 1 day ago ..read more

Of course, I really like the Assassin's Creed universe, but with each new project there is more and more disappointment, because the authors have long since moved away from the original story and are simply cashing in on loyal fans. You can read more about this on the website https://topfunnews.com/en/ statistics: Posted by jkangaroo38 — 7:05 PM - Today ..read more

Hi I am a strong swimmer & keen to explore potential wild opportunities in my immediate area in the Woking Surrey area. I was aware of swimming at Thorpe lakes but was surprised and disappointed at how incredibly restrictive the facilities are -Sundays 9-10am. Unfortunately have other family commitments on a Sunday morning. With all the gravel pits in my areas wondered if anyone can recommend any other still water opportunities in my options in west surrey ? statistics: Posted by Borischelski — 6:42 PM - 1 day ago ..read more

My natural style is kick-down-right-leg when pulling-with-left-arm, and kick-down-left-leg when pulling-with-right-arm. But various Youtube videos suggest that it should be the opposite. Before switching my pattern, want to be sure if my pattern is less efficient? Thanks statistics: Posted by swarup.beria — 9:38 AM - Today ..read more

Hi there, Open water swim opportunity available. I have an entry ticket for this year's Dart 10k swim on Sunday 4th Sept 2022, which I can't now use, but I can transfer to someone else before 10th August. I paid £110 but would be very happy if someone else was able to use it so offering it for £60. Please get in touch if you are interested. It's a fantastic event which I swam in 2019 and I'm sad not to take part this year but I really hope someone else has the joy of this swim! https://www.levelwater.org/dart10k-2022 All the best Ali Some key details below: Locations Start: Longmarsh Car Park ..read more

Dear coaches, I have been swimming for about 7 years, but took a break last fall and just now am getting back into the open water. I would like to attach a file from my Garmin with all my swimming stats for someone to glance at and let me know what you think of my performance. That's all. I deeply appreciate any feedback.  Doug statistics: Posted by 1/4meterperstroke — 8:45 PM - 1 day ago ..read more

Hello everyone, Thanks for accepting me into the forum. I hope to read lots of swimming posts and hope to get  a little advice here and there. I love swimming although I don't think I'm that good at it. Anyway, I'm happy to be here.  statistics: Posted by 1/4meterperstroke — 8:30 PM - 1 day ago ..read more

So I have been attempting to better and master my butterfuly technique. I would swim around 6-10 laps (average of 200m fly) to get my self used to it. I noticed that once my technique started to get better especially (first kick and the chest press) I developed lower back aches that surface particularly when I leave the pool. The pain isn't so serious and doesn't interferre with any of my daily activites. It just hurts especially after the session. I went to a physical therapist and he adivsed with some pills that relax the muscles. Things got better after a few days but again the pain came ..read more
