I have an entry ticket for this year's Dart 10k swim on Sunday 4th Sept 2022, which I can't now use, but I can transfer to someone else before 10th August. So I have been attempting to better and master my butterfuly technique. I would swim around 6-10 laps (average of 200m fly) to get my self used to it. I noticed that once my technique started to get better especially (first kick and the chest press) I developed lower back aches that surface particularly when I leave the pool. The pain isn't so serious and doesn't interferre with any of my daily activites. It just hurts especially after the session.
