Irish Orienteering Association
by

There may be some small disruption while the changes take place, but hopefully these shouldn't last too long. If you see anything afterwards that's not working or could do with ..read more

From a quick first glance, it doesn't look like it would be possible to automate event setup for this. I think it needs the map to be geo-referenced and the config and artifacts look like they may be a lot different to our current RG.  I'll take a closer look when I get the chance ..read more

Social Media Workshop for Clubs
Irish Orienteering Association

Reminder that the social media workshop takes place this Thursday at 7.30pm.   It would be great to have a few more clubs on board, as this is about enhancing the visibility of our sport both to club members, newcomers and others further afield. If clubs could have at least one person attending, that would be fantastic.   This is also an opportunity for us to chat about orienteering and social media in general, and how we see it going forward.   Below is the information post and registration link: https://www.orienteering.ie/social-media-workshop-for-orienteering-clubs ..read more

Interesting, I had thought my RouteGadget upload issues were personal to me. On Sunday I uploaded my file as soon as the first link was avaiable and I had to fiddle with the time slider and dragging blue dots to get it to be mostly correct. Today I uploaded the same file to the second RouteGadget link and it was immediately perfect, no tweaking needed. (I uploaded twice because I want that wonderful epic to be preserved for all eternity). Marcus, Ajax ..read more
