the Norovirus has been making its run on the family... for those not aware, it is not fun. but i managed to lose 15 pounds (as i sit here, now better, eating some salt-water taffy) ;-) biggest thing was the loss of energy and water. but we are recovering. it hits you fast! morning i was great, afternoon, great, pre-supper, felt a little off, then WHAM! dizziness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, the whole works. by the next day, i was almost at risk of soiling myself (but didn't). but it is... got the Noro ..read more
