Michaelis will return to where her coaching career began. During her first seventeen seasons in Marshfield from 2001-2018, Michaelis amassed 305 wins, nine 20-win seasons, eight Wisconsin Valley Conference championships, 11 sectional appearances, and four WIAA State Tournament appearances. BY MIKE WARREN EDITOR MARSHFIELD – The City of Marshfield and Marshfield Clinic Health System have avoided a Circuit Court trial and have reached an agreement over a property tax dispute. The agreement was approved by the Marshfield Common Council March 12 on a vote of 9-0 with one alderman abstaining, following a 40-minute closed session. FOR HUB CITY TIMES WISCONSIN RAPIDS – A reported traffic accident that investigators say wasn’t sent two Wood County residents to the hospital. The Wood County Sheriff’s Department was called just after 11 p.m. on March 1 to the Town of Dexter, for an injured 85-year-old man. The individual was transported by ambulance to the Marshfield Medical Center. The investigation led Wood County Deputies to the City of Pittsville, where an injured 69-year-old woman was located. This mobile home, at 2215 South Maple Ave., Lot 497, was destroyed by fire Jan. 30, started by a child playing with matches.
