Hi All, New of the forum, but not new to Triumph bikes. Currently ride a 2018 Speed Triple 1050 RS, and also own a 2011 Daytona 675R. My wife rides a 2008 Daytona 675 that I converted to a (Super) Street Triple by replacing seat unit & exhausts, changing out the top & bottom yoke (different offset) adding the higher handlebar, cut down the fairing top to accommodate for the handlebars and left out the bottom fairing (made it a half faring). Hi all. I am going to test your collective knowledge here. I have recently bought a 2014 Triumph Bonny America and it came with this clamp and power outlest that obviously screws into something and keeps it waterproof. Inside is a micro USB for connecting to a phone or something. The clamp is spring loaded. Now my question to you all, is what is it for? Speed Twin has had its 1st service, and freshly serviced K-Tech shocks and SW Motech chainguurd fitted from my wrecked Thruxton. The difference in weight alone between the standard shocks and the K-Techs is 'shocking'. Was going to change out the silencers for some Hitchcox ones but not sure I'll bother, standard cans sound really nice. All ready to go again for Spring after the depression of having my Thruxton written off last month. Maybe the odometer reading is an omen.... Ready For Spring ..read more

Hello, I'm picking up my new Thruxton RS in few days time and I'm wondering if there is a particular way to break in that bike ? I do not have owners manual yet but as far I know, first 1000km up to 4000 rpm end then oil service ? I do mostly city driving which is actually good for engine braking. Thanks ..read more
