Hello, I'm new to having an account here, but I've lurked for a while. I've had 3 Boxers in my life and they truly are the best breed, but that makes them the hardest to lose.
Since I'm new here, maybe someone can help me out - I posted over on the Health concerns forum, but my post has been sitting there unapproved for many days. Anyone know how to get it approved so that it's published ..read more

About 4 weeks ago Harry, when out on a lead walk, Harry started to reverse sneeze and then vomited. I had presumed he'd just eaten something and then it got caught and he threw up. The reverse sneezing continued for a few days on and off so I took him to the vet. They checked him over and gave him some loxicom.
The reverse sneezing stopped but he then started to get green discharge from his right nostril from time to time. When we were on walks, he's snort a little bit and that's when you'd...

Hi everyone,
Just joined, I rescued my boy last year and he just celebrated his 1st birthday . I fell in love with the breed and love him to bits . I'm an inexperienced owner and just noticed a fairly big spot / cyst on his back leg between digits . Image attached if anyone can help advise what it is? Got booked in for vets but can't wait. Doesn't impact him and he doesn't bother with it ..read more

My 2 year old has had a hard little skin bump on his back almost all of his life. It is small, hard and skin colored unless it gets scratched. The dermatologist was not concerned at all and said it didn’t need to be tested. Has anyone had or seen something similar. I have had 4 boxers and never have I see a hard little skin growth. It also has no hair.

Hi to one and all. I have a sneaky 3 year old boxer bitch. She thinks I don't see half of her shenanigans. I probably don't to be honest. She was a retirement gift to me from my husband. When the breeder was registering her with the British Kennel Club, she was registered under our wedding anniversary token, Coral ..read more

Right now, duke is on blue buffalo Rocky Mountain puppy food. He is having some skin issues. While I do not think it is the food, bc he has been on this food for some time now, the vet recommended a change. She recommended Purina pro plan. Is this food decent or is it complete trash and she’s just getting a kickback? She also told me that grain free diets are a myth for dogs. And that grain is necessary.

Hello Everyone I am new to the Forum. We will be getting our sweet boxer puppy this Sunday! I want to have some healthy yummy treats for him ( I love to cook) and I was wondering if any of you have recipes for grain free treats that are baked?
Also once he is adjusted to us and feeling at home I want to slowly move him to a raw Diet. Would also love anyone to share their recipes.
Thanks in advance, and I will share pictures of Chase once he arrives ..read more
