I began 2020 practicing this kriya and now I purpose a daily practice through the end of 2020.
The fruits of this exercise are endless.
During the first exercise an active commitment is created to seeing through the uncertainty and unknowns through a deep trust in inner vision and inner knowing. Wide Leg Stretch Left. Stretch both legs out in front of you straight and then separate the legs until they are wide apart. Bring the torso upright and turn it to the left and with both hands, stretch forward then down over the left leg. Hold on to your shin, ankle or foot with both hands. Think “belly to the thigh” or “heart to the knee.” Keep the chin at a right angle to the chest. Stretch forward and then down, until you feel gently challenged by the stretch. Here are two practices to help prepare for the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse on Tuesday, July 16th.
I am so excited to see you all! This will be my first day back to teaching after my trip to visit family.
The first is a Pranayam given by my teacher Paramatma Siri Sadhana and I have found it extremely cleansing.
