Ingredients : 1 . 1.5 cup all purpose flour / maida 3 tsp of baking powder A pinch of salt 1 egg 1 1/4 cup of milk (room temperature ) 1/4 cup of butter (melted) 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence Method : Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt) Take another bowl Take one egg Add milk Add butter and Vanilla Extract Mix together until everything is well combined. We both picked pancakes that came with 2 sides. Amongst the sides are 2 eggs as you like & English muffin.
