We need to rethink how we approach sexual harassment. In July 2021 the UK Government committed to legislation for a duty on employers to prevent sexual harassment, following campaigning by Fawcett and other groups off the back of the MeToo movement. This move recognises that sexual harassment is not just about the aberrant behaviour of a few individuals.
