INDIANAPOLIS A former state lawmaker from Shelbyville agreed to plead guilty to a federal fraud charge in a conspiracy that would have netted him a six-figure job offer from a casino operator. Deputies responded to the area of County Road 800 E just south of County Road 650S around 5 p.m. Wednesday for a report of a crash. Johnson County Sheriff Duane Burgess says a box truck went off the road, down and embankment and struck several trees before bursting into flames. SHELBYVILLE A Morristown Jr. Sr. High School died Monday morning after a fatal crash, according to the Shelbyville Police Department. According to police, 18-year-old Colt Andry was driving south bound in the 1700 block of Miller Avenue at 8 a.m. this morning.
