Hi, I'm Adarsh and I am the chef behind The Ghee Spot! My inspiration for exploring new cuisines and flavors comes from watching Gordon Ramsay & Jamie Oliver; while I follow the basic recipe I always try to add instincts to create my recipes.

Jackfruit (4 lbs)
Onion (1; sliced)
Garlic (2-3 cloves; finely chopped)
Cumin Powder (1 tablespoon)
Chili Powder (1/2 tablespoon)
Paprika Powder (1 teaspoon)
Dijon Mustard (1 teaspoon; you can use regular mustard)
Coconut Amino (1 tablespoon; you can use Worcestershire sauce)
Vegetable Stock (2 cups; like always if times are tough use water)
Black Pepper (1 teaspoon)
Salt (to taste)
Brown Sugar (if using raw jackfruit; 2 tablespoons)
BBQ Sauce (optional; to taste)

Thyme (3-4 springs plus more for garnish)
Garlic (4-5 cloves; peeled)
Arboria Rice (2 cups)
Chicken Stock/Vegetable Stock (6 cups)

White Wine (1/2 cup)
Saffron (a pinch)
Grated Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup)

Ingredients:
Spinach (2 cups)
Wheat Flour (2 cups)
Salt (to taste)
Water (as required)
Oil (as required)
Directions:
Rinse the spinach thoroughly.
In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and add some salt. Add the spinach and cook for 2- 3 minutes and then strain out the spinach leaves and put it over an ice bath to stop it from cooking any further.
Take the spinach out and put it in a blender and blend it to a fine paste.

Ingredients:
White Rice (2 cups)
Urad Dal (1 1/2 cups)
Sabudhana (Tapioca pearls; handful)
Salt (to taste)
Note: For every cup of rice you have to use 3/4 cup of urad dal.
Directions:
Rinse the rice and sabudhana a few times and then soak them both together in water for 6-8 hours.
Do the same with Urad dal, rinse it a few times and then soak it in water for 6-8 hours.

Milk (1 3/4 cups)
Eggs (2)
Vegetable Oil (1/2 cup)
Sugar (1 tablespoon)
Baking Powder (5 teaspoons)
Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
Vanilla Extract (1/2 teaspoon)
Directions:
Preheat the waffle iron.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs, then add in the milk, vegetable oil, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract, and whisk till everything is homogenous.
