Before proceeding, here’s what transpired over the weekend.
I’ve always struggled with fragile health, a condition that’s persisted for as long as I can recall.
Just last year, I underwent surgery and have since been under the care of that same doctor. Unfortunately, it hasn’t been a positive experience for me.
Despite the surgery, I continued to experience the same pains that led me to undergo the procedure initially. Two nights ago, the pain became unbearable, prompting me to take matters into my own hands by overdosing.

The Bush frontman sat down with Adrianna Costa on the Not So Hollywood podcast, where he revealed that he and his ex-wife take different approaches to raising their three sons: 17-year-old Kingston, 14-year-old Zuma and nine-year-old Apollo.
“I think you can go one of two ways,” he said. “You can either do everything together and really co-parent and see how that goes, or you can just parent. And I think we just parent.”

Olympic track and field star Allyson Felix called attention to the Black maternal mortality rate following the death of teammate Tori Bowie due to complications related to childbirth.
“The medical community must do its part,” Felix wrote in an essay published by Time on Thursday. “There are so many stories of women dying who haven’t been heard. Doctors really need to hear the pain of Black women.”
