While browsing the beer and cider section at Central Co-op in Seattle, we were pleasantly surprised to find an extensive collection of ciders. We stumbled upon this cider just as we were leaving, and couldn’t help but add it to our bag. Our first Apfelwein, German for apple wine, or as we know it, CIDER! We also discovered a new fruit, quince, which is a neither-apple-nor-pear variety used to refine this cider.
