I love cheese and my favorite cheese is probably Brie. I first had Brie when I was 6 or 7 and it was love at first bite. Weird, I know. What first or second grader likes Brie! But, here we are. It’s a lazy Father’s Day here at Style Taffy headquarters. I had a socially distanced Popeye’s chicken lunch with my dad by the pool earlier. I got these Vans sandals today and I have a new fave shoe. These are so comfortable and cute. They have a molded sole that really fits your arches. I’m on the fence about this outfit. I saw these shorts on another blog and they are so cute, but they just don’t fit me as well as some of the other items I’ve bought lately. I bought the large, but these definitely were a bit tight in the hip area. I do like them and I think they’ll be cute (maybe in another 5 pounds down). The fabric is not really stretchy or forgiving. I’ve been trying to liven up my basic black wardrobe with more color and what is brighter than a hot pink flamingo shirt! Sometimes, I just fall in love with an item and I have to have it. These bubblegum pink, acid washed jeans from Old Navy were one of those items. I don’t remember where I first saw them, but as soon as I clicked through, I wanted them. I lived through the original acid wash era so they are sort of nostalgic.
