The 21-year-old joined Spurs in January on an 18-month loan deal, but has been used sparingly by Jose Mourinho
Gedson made only seven Premier League appearances after arriving in London, all of them as a late substitute.
He has yet to appear in England’s top flight this season and was also left out of Spurs’ Europa League squad.
