'Twas the night before Knicksmas and all through The Garden
Not a #Knicks fan was stirring not even Spike Lee
The jerseys were hung in the lockers with care
In the hopes that the fans soon would be there
The players were nestled all snug in their beds
While visions of championships danced in their heads.
Harlow on the sideline and Clyde in his suits
Had just settled down for a long winter of hoops.
When out in the Mecca there arose such a clatter
I turn on #MSG to see backboards shatter
Away from the city, a long road trip
Tear up the league on a quest for the ‘chip
With a grumpy old driver s ..read more

WHAT DO YOU PEOPLE WANT FROM THIS ORGANIZATION!?!?
With the amount of "Develop the young guys" and "We need to develop a culture" tweets and posts I see about this team, you'd think that the fanbase would see what happened last night.
We are doing one thing next season. It's time to RUN IT BACK! Bringing back DRose, Noel and Burks was a great move. DRose was amazing for us last year. Noel and Burks came in and played their role and excelled (especially when Mitch went down with that injury).
Keeping Rose as a mentor to the young PG's is what this is about more than anything. You saw him lean ..read more

Now, down to business
The Knick have officially wrapped their first 10 games of the 2020-21 season. If you recall I submitted my projection for their record (below) which had them going 4-6.
With a nice surprise the knicks went 5-5. With some spurts of greatness and defense, we also saw the "same 'ol Knicks" getting blown out and having very poor shooting nights. Unfortunately, this looks like it will be a t ..read more

Good Morning Knicks Fans,
No, last night was not a dream. Yes the Knicks beat the Cavs by 36 points and Immanuel Quickley looked every part of a starting point guard that we have been praying for since.... Charlie Ward, Mark Jackson..... Clyde Frazier.
The fact of the matter is that we are learning that IQ has the knowledge and poise to run the point. He made Kevin Knox look like Klay Thompson last night (going 6/7 from 3). The sad truth is that he needs to consistently do that and surpass DSJ for more minutes or wait out a trade that ships DSJ out once his trade value goes up due to an early ..read more

There are many things to touch on about last nights game, like how the Knicks clearly thought it was a West Coast game and didn't start playing competitive basketball until about 10pm. With that being said something special happened in the 4th quarter. What was that "something special" you ask?
Immanuel Quickley
IQ played a handful of solid minutes in the first half but was given the keys to the team in the 4th quarter and orchestrated an amazing comeback win for the Knickerbockers. Sure Andre Drummond didn't play the second half and Kevin Love was out all game but that is not what this is ab ..read more

As the Knicks came plummeting back down to earth after a really good first performance plenty of holes were exposed.
I don't have any funny or light hearted quips to begin this article, so I'll just get into my thoughts:
Dennis Smith Jr is still not a starting point guard. He cannot orchestra an NBA team's offense. He gets double teamed and immediately panics barely able to find an open teammate which breaks down any plays or cohesiveness they seem to want to run. He looks like a shorter Carmelo Anthony with a worse shot just standing around and dribbling the ball while the clock runs down. I ..read more

Sound the alarm. The Knicks came out in Detroit and made me straight up giddy after 275 days of not seeing the blue and orange! I saw so much upside from the (yet again) New Look Knicks. Unfortunately, there were a few things that were sadly reminiscent of years past.
I want to take the morning to talk about a few things I saw from Game 1 and what I expect to be coming in the next 3 preseason games and beyond.
1. Immanuel Quickley - Straight off the bat, the first thing that I noticed and saw so much chatter about on twitter was the fact that IQ saw a whopping 0 minutes. This should not have ..read more

Charlotte Hornets
Loss- I expect the new look Hornets to play well. LaMelo and Gordon Hayward should provide a formidable duo of a slash and pass to find Hayward for plenty of 3's should he be healthy this far into the season.
WED,JAN 13-HOME
VS
Brooklyn Nets
Loss- Same as stated above. Should KD and Kyrie remain healthy this should be a rude awakening to the Knicks and hopefully a kick in the pants to want to reclaim all the boroughs as Knicks territory.

Cleveland Cavaliers
Win- They're still not good. By this time I think our rotation should be getting ..read more

So, as I am sure you have all seen by now, the Knicks schedule was released a couple of days ago and I have spent this time painstakingly reviewing it to project what the Win/Loss record will look like. Below is the first 10 (of the released 37) games before the All Star break and how I see them playing out.
WED, DEC 23-AWAY

Indiana Pacers
Win: That's right. I think the Knicks come out of the gate and pick up a win agains Indy. I know they were a good team last year winning 45 games but not knowing how Oladipo will look in first game action in quite some time, this would be a good message ..read more
