My 475 threader doesn’t seem to work any longer. Is there something specific I can check to see if it’s me or the machine or do I need to take it to the dealer? I’ve had the machine since maybe 2019 and other than a few thousand masks, it hasn’t been used especially hard and it has been serviced in the last year. Hi all! I'm a sewist from Buffalo NY looking for others in the area. I see a lot of people in the Ontario/Niagara CA region but nothing for people from WNY! I am tall and have a blocky build with a large bust and strangely, for my height, a high waistline. I have considerable sewing experience (probably intermediate for this group) but have not done a lot with fitting. After reading the reviews I purchased the Bonn shirt pattern because I was excited to start from a DD bust size versus starting with a traditional pattern and having to make all the adjustments for a larger bust. As the title says I am looking for ideas for a sewing table that has a designated placement for machines. my local sewing store has Sylvia cabinets but they are very expensive except this one model: This is $400 and really has nothing not a single drawer. While the price itself is not a problem I do not feel this worth it given it has nothing. And in this model the platform height can not be even adjusted. And the plexi glass insert another $100.
