The mother of a 15-month-old boy stuck in her car during a crash with a Northstar commuter train says it was "sheer terror" watching the incident unfold. Anja Bochenski tells WCCO that her son, Henry, only suffered a minor injury in Monday morning's crash. The mishap reportedly happened at about 7 a.m. just northwest of Elk River, at the crossing of Proctor Avenue and Highway 10. For the second time in as many days, the Elk River area was the scene of a crash involving a car and a North Star commuter rail train. FOX 9 says reporter Paul Blume witnessed Tuesday's crash, which occurred at Highway 10 and Jackson St. in downtown Elk River. FOX says a preliminary investigation found that the car stalled on the tracks. Witnesses saw its occupants flee the vehicle which was then struck by two trains traveling in opposite directions. Authorities on Thursday afternoon said an Elk River 16-year-old who was believed to have taken off with someone she met online has been found safe, WCCO reports. Patch had reported that Johannah Thomsen left her parents' home the night of Feb. 11, police said. She was last seen Feb. 12 in Plymouth. Family members had received electronic messages they believed were from the girl, but her whereabouts were unknown, and police wanted to verify that she was OK. Sherburne County Jail The Elk River couple charged with abusing and ultimately killing their daughter last summer are now headed to prison.  Brett and Sarah Hallow were both sentenced Thursday to 40 years for the death of eight-year-old Autumn Hallow. An Elk River man accused of placing a hidden camera in a Mall of America fitting room so he could watch women and children undress will serve 90 days in jail and must take part in sex offender treatment.
