Surprising absolutely no one, NetherRealm Studios and WB Games have announced a season 2 for the Mortal Kombat 11 Pro Kompetition. The first season was a rousing success, and the organizations would like to repeat that success. The second season starts just this week on December 5. Today, we got our first look at Mileena, who might be the final character for Mortal Kombat 11. Mileena is the most fan-requested character in the game and the sister of Kitana herself. After months of radio silence and no announcements outside of new skins, we finally have news on the future of Mortal Kombat 11. A brand new trailer revealed Kombat Pack 2, the next set of DLC characters for Mortal Kombat 11. The pack includes Rain, who hasn’t been playable since Mortal Kombat 9, Mileena, and the 80’s action icon Rambo. These skins are some of the oddest the studio has released for this franchise—but at the same time, they’re amazing.
