My name is Hannah and I am 30 years old. I suffer from several illnesses and as a result, I am disabled and use a powerchair. I am very determined. I hope to get myself as independent and 'well' as possible. Hope keeps me going hence why 'Hannah's Hope' seemed an appropriate title for my blog!
