MARLBOROUGH — A local man has eight open cases in Marlborough District Court after he was arrested Saturday when he refused to wear a mask at a Maple Street restaurant.Police arrested David Jerome Burton, 23, at the McDonald’s, 250 Maple St., at 8:02 p.m., police spokesman Sgt. MARLBOROUGH — A section of South Street is closed while Department of Public Works crews repair a water main break that occurred in early Thursday morning.Public Works Director Sean Divoll said his department received a call about a water main break at 461 South St. between 1-2 a.m. Thursday.
