Welcome to June!! And another month in lockdown, The end is starting to come to our new norm or should I say we are entering a new phase of what the future will be. I have pretty mixed emotions on this. At the start, it seems like hell on earth, the unknown of what was to come, and all our freedoms are taken away. This then leads to an urge to go to B&M, go to Primark, and constantly needing to but food. None of these things we really do a lot with have home delivery and online shopping mostly. Something I have noticed a lot of while researching other blogs, Instagram pages is they are mainly aimed at pregnancy threw to four five-year-olds. This is super useful of course as who knows how to handle your first baby? Yes, there are still plenty of blogs about for older children but my point is not many, and my god have I looked in the desperation dealing with two girls who are aged 8 and 15. These parents need to know that we are still bossing parenting of these emotional little torpedos whizzing around our homes with so much emotion, yes its a tough time for children but just as tough ..read more

Hello... On a flow now and so much to say, hope you are all keeping well and the sun is shining for you like it is for us in the East of England. Nine weeks in now to the whole homeschooling, well I will never think to myself again I think I would like to be a teacher, no way Jose! Clearly, your child's teacher is programmed with generic phrases while they are learning for this job as no way is my child a delight to teach like we are told every parent's evening. How do you manage this and possibly enjoy it? As I could not think of anything worse than babysitting 20-35 of these little delights ..read more

Hello, I hope life is treating you all kindly...... I am new to the blogging world, but like most of us I have a lot of free time to spare at the moment and a blog is something I have wanted to start doing for the last 10 years. This is something very out of my comfort zone, I just have the crippling fear of being cringeworthy, but now IS the time!
