To help address limited parking in the area and improve the traffic safety of the neighborhood, the Canal Parking Striping Project will implement new striping in the Canal neighborhood, which include installing street parking spaces with “T”s and “L”s, as well as installing red and yellow curb areas. PG&E will be closing the road near  338 Coleman Dr to perform some gas maintenance in the area.  The road closure will happen, Thursday, 4/25 between 9am – 3pm. They have an approved encroachment permit EP2208-063 and notifications have been provided to affected properties. Update to San Rafael Law: Tenant Right to Return to Unit Following Repairs Applicable in the Canal Opportunity Zone Only Map of Canal Opportunity Zone where policy applies.
