1 teaspoon peppermint powder or cardamom powder
2 spoons chopped dry fruits

Cut Bhavnagari chilli, remove seeds, and grate it.
Heat Desi ghee in a pan.
Add grated green chillies to the heated ghee and fry.
Once chillies are roasted, add mawa to the pan and fry.

20-22 kesar/saffron strands soaked in 2 tablespoons of warm water for 12-15 minutes
