Two weeks after reaching her first career PSA Gold final in Egypt, Olivia Weaver leads the U.S. contingent as the highest-seeded American in the tournament. The world No. 7 enters the top half of the draw as the eighth seed and is seeded for a quarterfinal appearance against Belgium’s four-seed Nele Gilis. Weaver opens up her tournament against Egypt’s world No. 52 Haya Ali on Thursday, May 9.

Curtis is an up-and-coming English player who took on Omar Mosaad at home in his club during the BlackBall event a few days ago. He beat them and then defied Ali Farag, only bowing in the tie-break in the first game!
And guess who is played AGAIN in Gouna? Yes, Ali AGAIN, who was all praise for the young English.

The annual ESF European Team Championships head for Zurich, Switzerland in the first week of May with perennial winners England looking to complete another double triumph, but challengers snapping at their heels in both the Women’s and Men’s events.
42 and counting for England’s Women
In 44 editions England have won the Women’s title 42 times with Netherlands (2010) and France (2019) the only other teams to have their names on the trophy.

Letter from Coach Zafi Levy:
Today I announce my retirement from coaching the Williams College men’s and women’s squash teams after an amazing twenty-one years.
While the health concerns that led to my leave of absence for the last year are under control and I am well, my time away from Williams helped me not only regain my health but to conclude that it is time for me to move on to the next stage of my career.
I am proud of what Williams squash has accomplished over these two-plus decades and perhaps even prouder that my successor will inherit a strong and vibrant program.
