Eating less meat, will safe guard your health and reduce your carbon footprint. Meat production has a heavy impact on the environment and your health.  Who would of thought that eating meat could be so harmful to us, it doesn’t make sense, after all, us humans are MEAT EATERS by nature right, WRONG!
