Lehi officials break ground on new city hall and library

Lehi City marked a significant milestone as ground was broken for the city’s new $31 million city hall and library project on Wednesday, April 24. Mayor Mark Johnson, along with City Council members and several dozen Lehi City employees, led the ceremony to commemorate the occasion.  “We started to grow out of our current building when our population grew because we need staff to support all of the things that are going on at the city. Council hears proposal to reopen Railroad Depot Museum on State Street

The Lehi City Council was presented with a proposal on Tuesday, Feb. 29 to bring back the Railroad Depot Museum located at 225 E State Street by the Stice Family.  “We would like to thank the city of Lehi and the Lehi Historic Preservation Committee for preserving, restoring and maintaining this historic depot. Y2 Analytics presented Lehi City leaders with the results of the 2024 resident survey at Tuesday’s city council meeting. The annual survey sheds light on key concerns, satisfaction levels, and shifting perspectives so the City Council and staff understand current thinking among Lehi residents. This year’s survey had 748 respondents from all areas of the City. The media parking area was just feet from the Children’s Emergency Entrance. As I stepped into the building, I was immediately struck by its bright, happy interior. A house was destroyed in a fire on Sunday afternoon at 421 W 1800 N in Lehi. “At around 3:30 p.m Lehi Fire units along with Lehi Police, Lone Peak Fire, and American Fork Fire were dispatched to a working residential structure fire. LEHI, UT (December 16, 2023)- Lehi City Police Department celebrated their 18th annual Kids, Cops, and Christmas event Saturday, December 16th. Local kids joined several Lehi officers for breakfast, shopping, and gift wrapping. City set to approve contract for $300k Parks and Recreation master plan

The Lehi City Council is set to approve a contract with Colorado-based Design Workshop for a creation of a master parks and recreation plan during Tuesday’s City Council meeting.
